The Maintenance Division provides repair and service solutions for all types of water equipment, including pumps, water heaters, tanks, water treatment systems, filters, coolers, and purifiers.
A. Call Center & Field Service
A centralized call center supported by technical teams and customer service agents, distributed across North, South, and Central Kuwait, ensuring fast response and on-site maintenance services.
B. Maintenance Contracts Section
To enhance customer satisfaction, Al Madadd offers annual maintenance contracts for water equipment supplied by Al Madadd or other suppliers. Contracts are available with or without spare parts and include scheduled monthly or quarterly preventive visits.
C. Quick Service Centers
Our Quick Service Centers in Al Rai and Ahmadi allow customers to bring their pumps or water equipment for fast repair services. Repairs are provided for all brands, regardless of manufacturer or supplier.
